I took my pool cleaner in TWICE, never had a problem before, been using same store for 10 years. First time after a cursory look i was told "nothing wrong with it." The manager suggested other things i could do, which i did(all of them) it STILL didn't work so as i have had the same make for 24 years I went back. I purchase a pool blaster leaf demon. The net. Tore in several places and I took it back to the store on Broadway's/pantano. The manager talked me into keeping it saying he was going to order me a better next at no cost. After a few weeks I went back and he acted like he was checking his note and said he couldn't find a store but could order somewhere else. I should have known better. Leslie's installed a pool liner for my disabled mother in June. Less than five months later, the liner is pulling out of the coping in several places and the installers installed the liner over bolts that had held an old diving board in place (the diving board is not there and has not been there for years); they could have trimmed the bolt ends, undone the bolts, or installed extra padding over them, but instead they did nothing and the bolts are now protruding through it. I visited the Leslie's Pool Supplies store in Nanuet, NY on Saturday, September 12th with a water sample knowing I needed to solve an algae problem; I was going to buy chemicals. There was one other customer in the store buying a high tension cover (nice sale for the store). The sales person asked me to wait by the water testing side of the counter, and that he'd be with me once done. Other customers came in and lined up behind the people buying the cover. Worst service ever! I went in as new customer after installing my new spa. They sold me 3 out of 4 incorrect products and provided mis information to me. My water was messed up for a week til I went to Leslie Pools and was provided the correct information and proper products. I would highly recommend you visit Leslie's Pools. Specifically according to the read out provided, my PH was perfect. They sold me PH down and told me I needed 5 ounces. They sold me spa descaler, I had no scaling issues. I came in looking for a pool light for above ground pool was given a chlorine dispencer that light up but didn't realize until I got home so went back next day to return was given a choice back on my debit card or store credit!! Back on my debit card takes DAYS to post and why would I want store credit when associated don't know what products do!!! You got your money right away and I deserve the same treatment. I needed a new lid for my hayward pool pump. We went to leslies first, they had what needed for $45. We went ahead and bought not realizing that they gouge customer on parts like this. My part was at minimum 80% less at multiple other retailers. Lesson learned, do not shop at leslies unless desperate. Add comment

I went to Leslies pool supplies to get my pool ready to open. I bought some chemicals that was suggested by them. After realizing i did not need everything i had purchased, I returned to Leslies supplies to return the product and i was treated very badly "Mariano" was extremely rude and unprofessional. We took our Dolphin in to get repaired,after getti mms g the run around for over 2 months ,we get it back and put it in pool ,ran for 1 hour and i took it out to clean bag only to realize they wire the motor wrong and it was not cleaning at all,we have used leslie for 4 years now and will never go back to them on cooper st in arlington tx again,were so pissed!the service is terrible Add comment
