Bought a sand pro 75 and salt water converter kit 500$ didnt even last a year trash made in china also bought a new berrel for sand pro 100$ its trash after 3 weeks all the seals started leaking bad bad bad don't wast your money

I have owned and maintained my pools for over 30 years. This shock is the worst . It's like pouring mud into your pool. The pool is cloudy for 5 days after putting this stuff in. Have used it three time thinking I just got a bad bag. All the same. Of course the store said "we have never heard this before" BS. Would not take the rest back without the receipt. Who saves the receipt for shock? Emailed company, no response, will never be back to... Read more

I bought a relaxing Meadow swimming pool 27' above ground with the premium kit and it is honestly the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen I will not be allowing my kids to use this ladder is not safe. I bought the kit so I could get all of it together now I will have to purchase a new one and I'm not happy about it!!

Tampa Florida we had to go to two different stores this week both managers were complaining about how the district manager talked about everybody store problems in front of everyone. The Second Story went to the manager he's on his cell phone having conversations with his wife. Talking about how he got the district manager to write up the employee and didn't exactly tell him the truth because he wanted them to be rid of. It's really sad to think... Read more

Alan smith here. Asmith6694@aol.com. Have tried to call at least 15 times. Get in que for your call to be answered then when you get down to one you are told to leave a message. Just bought a 1200 dollar pool cleaner and received the 30 dollars in rewards. Opened it o saw it. Drove 45 miles to the Winston Salem store. Could not open email. Now the email does not show that I have any rewards. Have called numerous times. No return phone calls.... Read more

League City, Texas. Despite reading poor reviews decided to order a pump with installation. Burned 5 hours vacation time to wait for someone to show. No one showed and when i called i was not in system despite the apt being confirmed. Was told by service dept that it would be 8 days for the earliest apt. Called store who indeed entered the wrong info on the order. Anyway declined their servces anymore and went wih a local and more reliable... Read more

We have piddled around with this company too long. Our local store is handy and the guys provide good in store service. Leslie has replaced 3 motors in the last 1 1/2 years. Although the service guy in my area is good, he is a one man show for all of Austin TX where most all homes and apartments have pools. They manage him from Phoenix. They show no favorites and do not care about loyalty. So we had to wait 7 days before they could fit us into... Read more

I had an issue with an order that I was told was cancelled but it did not get cancelled. I reordered the correct part and both were shipped. I had to pay the return on the one I did not want and was told it was cancelled. Every time I contacted customer service for an update I was given the run around, told I could not talk to a supervisor, and told I would be called back or emailed back by the end of the day. This company is awful. I have a pool and have had to replace everything. They are fully at fault no pool that's less then 10 years old should have to have everything replaced. I'm so pissed it would be better to have a pond at this point. My suggestion go through another company

I bought a $69.99 float with a defective plug. I went back today to see if they could blow it up or exchange it for me. I never asked for a refund because I didn't have the receipt. They couldn't fix and would not exchange because I had no receipt! They could have looked it up on their computer for proof but oh no that would not be the original receipt. Really ticked me off.
